C’est déjà bien agréable à boire mais je crois qu’il devrais se bonifier dans les prochaines années. Il y’a un beau mélange de matière et de finesse. Le goût est salin avec une finale sur les agrumes avec encore beaucoup d’acidité. Un vin à revisiter dans 2 ans. |
