Pale white gold. Nose of grapefruit, flint, apple slice, alpine flowers. Layers of steely white citrus fruit and apple core on the palate cut with cool white stone and coiled tart saline. Satisfying bite to the brisk acidity amidst noble spine. Long finish of grapefruit and granny apple braced by flint. Really good with sushi. Half bottle consumed in Mount Desert, Maine.

Very nice smell of green apple and lemon. A little butter and apricot next. Slight mushrooms and river rocks on the deeper undertone. Much more butter on the palate almost coating the tongue. Still there is plenty of citrus and powerful acidity backbone. Long finish. 9/18

This was not very good day 1. Pretty flabby and generally just not that interesting. Score reflects day 2 when it was much more Chablis like and tastier

I found this bottle a bit flat, short with an attenuated finish. A bit disappointed.

Chablis Domain Visits-Louis Michel, Pinson, and William Fèvre (Chablis, France): Yellow. Rich, exotic pineapple. Similar flavors, but not as big as it smells and the back end has livelier lemon and acidity. Ready to drink and little that says “Chablis”.
