Slow-ox 30 minutes, tasted over 2 hrs and Day 2 -nearly semi-translucent med red minimal clearing at edge, a little darker with some purple on day 2 -exuberant spice stems herbal orange peel light berry, a little less expressive on day 2 -med/med+ acidity, light on its feet with stems and spice on full display with faint red fruits, not a lot of depth but quite complex, med chalky tannins and good length; picks up depth power and complexity on day 2 -open now and very pretty, Dujac style marries well to lighter vibrant vintages

PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs -med dark red minimal bricking -aromatic sour dark berry earth smoked meat/jerky faint mature elements -higher acidity, lighter weight but sappy residue earthy dark berry fruit of decent complexity and mature elements, med/med- somewhat chalky tannins impart a mild austerity -reminiscent of high-altitude cool climate syrah, might have a touch of VA, early in its mature drinking window but no hurry

tasted over 3 hrs -translucent light gold becomes lighter with some air -ripe almost tropical lemon stone -med acidity, ripe somewhat tropical fruit turns to the citrus side after 2 hrs, intense minerality without a lot of complexity -riper and a bit less interesting than usual this vintage but maintains trademark Dauvissat searing minerality

Slow-ox 45 minutes, tasted over 3 hrs; bottle from secondary market, cork soaked through -lighter red mild bricking -moderately aromatic faint cherry stewed tomato mature element -med+ acidity, med- weight faded crunchy red fruited cherry and raspberry with good verve moderately sappy and transparent, OK complexity, med- tannins and a prickle of acidity lift the finish -very nice and early on its maturity plateau with plenty of life left

PopnPour, tasted over 3 hrs -opaque muddled dark red purple -olive juice/tapenade and smoked cured meat on a faintly peppery dark berry spine -med/med+ acidity imparts a slightly sour note, med weight, takes 1-2 hours to open up and flesh out revealing an earthy dark berry base with white pepper and green/pine/spice element, med/med+ chalky tannins -savory deliciousness drinking well now with some air, probably better in a few years, not as meaty and open as the '07 tasted last year

Tasted over 3 hrs -translucent pale straw -complex slight reduction funk matchstick borderline tropical ripe but subtle sea breeze citrus cardamom spice -med/med+ acidity, med- weight gentle soft regal elegant restrained just a hint of lemon twang and a kiss of oak on back end with moderate length, really blossoms with 2 hours of air and warming to room temperature -hitting on all cylinders now, Raveneau's regal style with the vintages ripe fruit that is starting to mature and Vaillon's spicy character, excellent

Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent shimmering light gold -Chablis stony ripe lemon -med acidity, med weight, some lemon fruit and good minerality, not overly complex but good length, no overt oxidation -trademark Dauvissat minerality shines through despite the vintage's fatter and rounder profile, as usual this punches above its weight, very good now with several good years ahead but probably won't improve much from here
