Pale yellow almost clear; nose of brioche, cardamon, hint of citrus; given it's age still very crisp, citrus flavors, medium full bodied, sl sweet, long finish; very stylish given it's age

Tasted on day 2 -translucent pale gold green -reduction that somewhat blows off to reveal some green apple -med+ piercing lemony acidity perfectly cuts through the med- weight but quite sappy but one-dimensional stony fading citrus apple mid-palate, OK length -remarkable quality for the level, this bottle is firing on all cylinders now

Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent pale yellow-green -subtle sea breeze and citrus -med/med+ acidity crisp but not shrill, light weight but relatively expansive on the palate, some mineral saline and citrus elements, not overly complex or long -extremely pleasant, lean with plenty of Chablis typicity, on the subtle side as much of the primary fruit has faded, drink now

Monthly Tasting Group EEE #039; Burgundy: Chablis (@ JWS): Fully blind note in a Chablis tasting. White fruits like green apples and some litchi in the bouquet. Minerals and smoke as well. Same impressions on the palate, lime and grapefruit acidity and bitterness. Good wine. Early maturity now and some 4+ years of future. For now 87 – 88+

Medium body, green lemon yellow color, aromatic, apricots, apples and herbs aroma, apricots, apples, spices, herbal and mineral on the palate, some citrus notes and minerals on finish, herbs on long finish, still fresh, exclusively balanced and complex, fruity and mineral, saturated and elegant, very nice acidity, food friendly, very good Chablis. Well associated to see food (clams, shrimps …) and grilled fish. Serve 11º - 14º. Drink now and next two (may be longer) years.

Cool citrus, chalky-salty minerality. Pure, bone dry, a bit closed and neutral, yet pretty good intensity of flavours. Medium density, medium finish. Acids are high, yet not too hard or steely, the wine is very well balanced.

Served on a flight, great Chablis to go with poached salmon. Very light yellow color. Light and easy drinking. Slight bitterness at the end otherwise very good balance, just lacks length and complexity. Enjoyable. 89-91 pts.

Visit to William Fèvre in Chablis (Chablis): Nose: green apple, mineral, a small hint of flowers Palate: green apple, citrus, strong mineral notes, good concentration, long aftertaste with mineral. Summary: quite good for a village Chablis, rather young.

Lack of oak allowed for a beautiful minerality to shine through... tasted of cold stone and citrus, and while still very young, extremely smooth and pleasant on the palate; went down so easily I was quite shocked to find the bottle nearly empty before the meal was over.

Floral and fruity nose. Initial taste of citrus (grapefruit), slight herb & mineral notes mellowed into a rounder, buttery taste with some oak. Lingering finish. Well structured, easily drinkable wine.

France 2013 - Chablis (Chablis): Tasted at the Domaine. Nice nose of white fruit, florals and a hint of wood. A tad richer than the Petit Chablis with a softer finish as well. Less tart but with more minerality. Good.
