Thai lunch (Ben and Estella's place, Parramatta): Medium minus intensity aromas of a little peach and citrus, clean, simple. Medium plus intensity acidity, tight textured grip, muted stone fruit, quite simple on the palate as well. Hmm.

Robert Weil tasting with Wilhelm Weil: Lifted florals, a mineral streak and earth in the background. More body than the estate Trocken, the acid does keep up and there is good length to it while also having moderate depth. Entirely approachable now but should age nicely. Balances freshness and fruit power well.

Summa15 Day 1 (Magré (Margreid), Alto Adige, Italy): Stronger, more soil and mineral driven than the regular Rheingau, strong acid.
