This botttle was better than the last and not as acidic. Balanced flavors of honeydew, pear and sweet grapefruit. Acidity was mild and restrained making for a soft off-dry finish. Seems to be developing further with a little more time. Not a rich riesling but excellent flavor profile for a lobster dinner.

Churchill's: Riesling (Maumee, OH): Slightly shy nose, sweeter. Tingle. The acidity isn't quite in balance with the sweetness, but this is a decent QPR at $15.

Rich yet refreshingly crisp, combining flavors of honeydew melon with the sweetness of peaches coming together on a delicious mouthwatering finish that goes on. - JD90

Fat and a bit sweet and honeyed but with enough acid and minerality to provide balance. I'd like to see if this gets better as it ages

Not bad, but doesn't have the richness, the crispness of the better rieslings.

Good clean taste. Lemony but not tart or acidic. Mildly sweet. Not bad QPR.

Terry Theise tasting - German wines from 2007; 6/10/2008-6/13/2008 (Tribecca grill): ripe floral nose, but the fruit in the middle are backed by a cleansing acidity, restrained on the finish. great qpr
