  Double-decanted 4 hours before our Italian themed wine dinner. Tied for WOTN with a 2012 Saffredi. Intoxicating nose. Smooth and layered with complexity. Would have never guessed this to be a 100% syrah. Deserves to be trending higher on CT.

  rich and concentrated, dark berry fruit with lots of roasted meat, bacon, maple characteristics.

  Duemani Portfolio Tasting (Crystal Wines): Tasted during Duemani portfolio wine tasting.
  Dark garnet with some crimson brick red hue. Lifted nose showing floral, violet, pepper, herbs, blackberry, blackcurrant and subtle toasty oak.
  Good fresh entry and smooth on palate, exhibits black berry, cedar and pepper. Long spicy finish, with ample of ripe tannins . 91
  Drinking very well now among the 08,09,10 and 11 Suisassi tasted tonight. And still have good aging potential.
