  回塞一个小时，醒酒六个小时，淡宝石红色，闻香有烟熏，熏肉，灌木，红果，桂皮和扑鼻的花香，入口酸度高，呈线性，酒液咸，单宁紧涩，细沙颗粒，以红果香气为主，混合着灌木丛和木质香气，余味悠长的红果香气。精致可人的一支酒，从刚开瓶就展现出漂亮的香气，飘逸而又灵动，精细感尤其诱人，有一些黑大壮的勃艮第不容易感受到的可贵细节。香气即使历经七个小时仍然没有任何衰减，就是口感相比起来稍显单薄了一些，从开瓶我一直在等它有所提升，但始终没有感受到那个点，还没有进入适饮巅峰期的一支酒，现在喝起来已经很迷人，继续陈年应该也不会有太大的提升了，也许这就是年份的局限吧，它离我对它的预期只差那么一点点。

  Nose of dark berries and spice. Body is light. Somewhat lacking in complexity and interest. Coming across as thin and one dimensional. Decent finish.

  Delightful nose of red and dark cherry and tobacco. The palate has notes of sous bois, mushrooms, earth and bright red fruit. Great acidity and length. Well balanced.

  Medium/dark red color with moderate transparency throughout. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, and a floral note lead into a fresh palate that showcases strawberry, cherry, a bit of vanilla, green peppercorn, and some black cherry notes. Finish is medium. Leftovers more lean on day two. This flirts with 2011 vintage greenness, but stays on the right side of it for my tastes. Drink or hold.
