My last bottle it seems. Deep golden colour, very textural. A full bodied style, rounded and deep but not overly flabby and with a decent lick of pack. Ripe peaches and rock melon, lanolin, cedar with some nuttiness and buttery goodness. A fair showing here for a 13 year old LF chardonnay but definitely time to drink up

Has held reasonably well, still prominent oak with a rounded textural palate. Golden hue, obviously well developed but isn't falling over either. Honeyed, roast hazelnuts, peaches and oak. A nice, quite full Chardonnay that is ageing better than I thought, though not sure it's quite my style nowadays.

Australia Day Weekend Tasting: Lemon, toast and popcorn. Mealy palate, a little sourness on the finish contrast with rich and developed fruit. I like it but probably not for long term keeping.

Further to my pervious note, this bottle was only very slightly oxidised (cork perhaps?). Still a lovely wine, but darker gold. There's plenty of buttery creaminess to the wine, but five months later has taken on some nutty and even honey aromas. I have one bottle left and will be drinking very soon. I don't want this to turn into Sherry! Past peak.

Quite developed now, nice texture but perhaps a little too much oak. Won't improve from here so drink up.
