Very good wine. Aged nicely. Good fruit and Terroir
Aged very, very well. Decanted for ~ 2 hours and paired with buffalo t-bones, au-gratin potatoes and green beans.
We let it breath about 2 hours and enjoyed with buffalo t-bones. Outstanding.
A little rough initially, but as it breathed it improved. Second glass was very nice
