  Finns det något som gamal champagne… 21 år men ändå fina bubblor och pigg. Färgen går nu mot orange men det påverkar inte intrycket. Fantastisk nu men kommer klara några år till. Dricker sista flaskan inom 3 år.

  Lovely mature champagne at its apogee, it shows an amalgam of butterscotch, pink lady apple, and macerated strawberry. At this stage, I would hope for a little better concentration but it has all the olfactory enjoyment of a wine still hanging on to youth as its tertiary notes poke through. Drink over the next 5 years

  香氣表現上有著飽滿的花香、蘋果、桃子、草莓、柑橘、及熟水果香之外，還洋溢著一絲如肉乾、皮革、燻烤等野性氣息，還有奶油烤吐司的香氣，頗有層次感與複雜度；口感上圓潤飽滿、酸度堅實明亮，尾韻綿長且結構表現佳，更是一層層的變化多端，非常令人難忘

  (Disgorged in fall of 2010, 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay, whereof 15% still red wine)
  Maturing orange colour with a fine stream of small bubbles reaching the surface and leading way for the maturing nose showing freshly baked bread, hazelnuts, strawberries and minerals in a very nice and pleasant way. Delicious on the palate showing red bottles berries and citrus acidity combined with a lovely creaminess and a very fruitful sweetness on the finish. This has evolved very well with the extra time in the cellar, and should keep for many years to come..

  it is a lovely glass with a gentle mousse but could do with a little more development and complexity for a twenty year old wine
