Pink orange color. Strawberries, cherries, plums and hints of floral and toastiness in the nose. Strawberries and raspberries with hints of citrus and nuts in the flavor. The 2015 Brut Rose is well structured, medium to full bodied with nice acidity, well balanced and a medium length finish.

Reviewed this about a year ago so short note: totally convinced this is on track to become a 95+ wine in a few years. Super fresh in the glass even after a good 30 minutes. Color is just a shade or so darker than I recall a year ago, a wonderful copper-orange-red. Nose is as a lot of other reviewers describe: strawberry, beeswax, ripe cherry, in addition to some toasted elements. Palate held together with excellent bracing acidity and a flourish of candied lemon and orange peel to finish it off. As with all great champagne, I’d recommend drinking this is a stand alone wine rather than just a celebratory drink. This will gain complexity and age gracefully for 15+ years.

Leuchtend berriges rot. Nase etwas verhalten. Im Mund viel Energie, stellenweise noch überladen. Erdbeere primär wahrnehmbar. Wirkt sehr jugendlich. Nächste Flasche 2028+

Wildman Grand Tour (RPM - Chicago IL): Walkaround tasting. Very rich, nicely ripe with plenty of energy. Fun, yet very good length. 15% red wine added.

Dark pink in color - reminded me of strawberry juice almost - the nose is quite close with hints of red berries. Very pleasant acidity, nice mousse, strawberries and raspberries with lemony notes and herbaceous notes and blenched almonds to lead into a medium ending that is very pleasant and balanced. Overall a good rosé that made for an good aperitif.
