Fantastic. Completely mature! Still some fruit, several diferente complex flavours. Difficult to describe. If you still have it on your cellar, drink it NOW

Light red color, faint aroma initially much expanded after an hour of airtime in bottle. Red cherry and plum aromas (maybe some strawberry too), similar fruit with some spice on palate, tannins fully integrated, medium length fruit finish. Pretty tasty wine but lighter than we expected.

This bottle scared me a bit. Very thin, almost colorless at the rim. First taste was not great...very sweet and lifeless. We let it sit for an hour in the bottle...and voila! It completely changed. Turned into a lovely old burgundy. Notes of strawberries and charcuterie. Tannins arrived as well. Enjoyed by all. Definitely close to the end of its life in 750, mag may still have some time left.

1.5 L bottle drank at Gary Danko with friends. Cork was in excellent shape, barely any wine stain on other than the bottom of the cork. Blown away at the life the this wine still had left in it. Acidity in the form of bright red berry was first noticeable but also very well balanced as evidenced by a hint of caramel on the nose. Bottle stayed surprisingly consistent throughout the evening (3 1/2 hrs). Will remember this bottle for a while.
