Blind Tasting of 13 champagnes from 13.06.2015 (83-93 points)
typical champagne nose as brioche toast, citrus, I guessed 50-50 mix but surely it was 100% BdB, midlle minerality and length, some bitterness in the finish, I love agrapart champagnes especially mineral but this was an off-bottle in my opinion
Very light in color. nose of apple cider, caramel/salt pretzels scent starts emerging after around 30 min, dark bread and white flowers. Very straight Champagne, good structure and very precise. I suggest to drink this wine not too cold as the interesting flavors start to emerge at a temperature of around 14 degrees Celsius. Now fully mature but plenty of live left. Drink - 2022
