Thiolish, slightly and pleasantly vegetal nose a la Felton Road. Also game, tobacco, spice, earth and leather. Very deep and concentrated on the palate with black cherry liqueur and all the things you found on the nose resonating in your mouth. Longish finish. The wine is ready to go and is a truly wow wine for the Village level.

After decanting for 1 ½ hours the wine is beautifully perfumed with aromas of ripe red raspberry and blue fruits, potting soil and singed orange rind. There are additional flavors of oyster shell, herbs, and something I would call medicinal. There is ample acidity and silky tannins. The finish is long and lingering.

Tight nose, savoury/soil upon opening then bright cherries with air, I like the elegant style, almost chambolle like, decent length

Domaine Perrot-Minot Tasting/Dinner with Some Other Great Burgundy from DNS (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Floral with bright red cherry and berry. Moderate weight and length, but nicely textured and finessed. Came across as MSD meets Chamblle-Musigny, in a wonderfully elegant package for Villages level wine.
