  I have been really wanting to try this. Color is medium straw. On the nose: Citrus (lemon and orange), white flowers and a hint of honey notes. On the palate: Citrus (soft orange and lemon) , honeysuckle, touch of vanilla and very nice mineral notes. Mouthfeel has very good weight and sensuousness. This is a very nice old world burgundy.

  Similar to my tasting note from 2021, this is an outstanding wine! While young, it is hard to resist now. This is how Chardonnay is meant to be. I especially loved the smell of the bouquet of white flowers in the glass (gardenia, honeysuckles, etc). Paired perfectly with a Caribbean lobster carpaccio.

  While this is still very young, it is a beautiful expression of what White Burgundy can offer. I love it when you can smell and taste the terroir. Classic old world style Chardonnay. Delicious! I recommend serving at 50 degrees and no colder so the layers can unfold.
