Garnet in color. Raspberry and blueberry jam on the nose with a touch of warm earth. A slightly sweet, jammy palate of raspberry and cherry. Tasty and fun. Drinking well.

Inky core, garnet edges, blue and black fruit on the nose, sort of like a blueberry reduction in color and smell, with a hint of garrigue. Blackberry, rhubarb, strawberry, tons of white pepper and sage and garrigue on the palette, pepper and touch of alcohol heat in the silky, finish. Tannins are finely integrated, and have a chalky smoothness and minerality, with a sweet tart like sweetness and acidity. I think I may save the last bottle to see if the alcohol subsides but this is pretty amazing as it is.

Full flavored with a lot of acidity when opened; softened over time; very enjoyable.

Delicious: plenty of berry/bramble substance offset by bright cherry, cinnamon and pepper jam. Strong!

Very lush ripe fruit backed by some earthiness. This seems fully ready and is quite delicious.
