Tart plum and raspberry fruit with a savoury pepperiness to it. Plush and soft in the mouth with a lingering tannic dryness. Surprising cool climate feel to it given it's from McLaren, which I'd generally consider a quite warm climate. A pleasure to drink though still very young and primary, wants more years.

CellarDoor TWE Tasting (Langham Hotel, Kent Street, Sydney): Slightly reductive with blue and blackberry, a little sweet spice. In the mouth it’s thickly dense without being overtly jammy, alcohol lends a peppery prickle. Kind of fun.
