20 year old Sauv Blanc. Initially whiff of smoke, followed shortly by an explosion of lychee. it's like lychee galore, with crushed stone minerality. Tasty and geeky all in one bottle. Lovely.

Nez très sauvage, buis, un peu avancé... Très belle acidité, pomme verte, belle longueur 20 secondes, délicieux!

BYO (Østerbro): Dry and woolly flavors. Lots of minerality but also plenty of fruit left.
Works nice with aged cheeses.
