This bottle has developed well, as opposed to the previous bottle that was oxidized. Medium yellow color. Delicate aromas of lychee, minerals and some caramel. Attractive mouth feeling, almost waxy, like a Chenin Blanc. Rich and well balanced.

Nose of straight lychee. Earth, oregano, hints of lychee, stewed tomato, smooth acidity minus.

Very present acidity, this bottle is far from its end. Fruity (quince, litchy and marmelade fruits) with a lengthy finish. Great wine

Incredibly complex nose, waxy, herbal, round, rich, follows through on the palate with minerals, rich pear tart, good acidity, amazing length.
