Decanted 1/2 hour. Great nose of black currant, menthol, tobacco, spicy oak, vanilla, and sour cherry. On the palate, dense with red and black currants, hints of tobacco, black cherry, and spicy oak. Long balanced finish. The tannins have subsided considerably over the last year. Just now entering its drinking window and should continue to improve. Drink or hold.

Developing nicely, earthy cherry character on the nose and in the mouth. Adds a bit of herbs and mint on the finish. Drink in the next five years.

My 1st bottle of Domus Aurea; it took a couple of hours of breathing before it opened up and was very enjoyable; full-bodied, controlled tannins

Неожиданно очень классное вино, особенно на следующий день. Сочное и при этом довольно округлое, сбалансированное и очень приятное на вкус.
