  • Pop and poured. At home.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, gold colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of honey, almonds, soap, white flowers, slight minerality. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium- acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honey, beeswax, nutty almond, chrysanthemum, ripe apricot, pineapple. Medium+ finish.
Very good quality. A serious Soave. Rich, round and fatty but somehow avoids being overly flabby despite the medium- acidity. I would drink up over next 1 year, not for further ageing. Commendable complexity.
    Only mature oak barriques used.

  • this soave really suprised me last nite.

bright golden color. nose of peach, appricot, honey. medium body, with balanced acidity, taste of honey, tropical fruit. it wasnt as light body as what i expected, and it held itself well into 1-2 hrs in bottle after i popped the bottle. i tasted hint of nut at the end. very good buy!

  • Great nose. Honey oranges and apricots. It announces a sweet wine...
    White flowers too.
It is dry however. Great texture with bright acidity and persistence that keeps evolving around same aromas of nose.

  • Focused, minerals at first, then flowers. Very clean and pure. No oak. Really pleasant and refreshing wine.

  • My goodness, this is good. My perception of Soave as a cheap and cheerful wine is well and truly over - this producer makes some wonderful Soave and this is the best one yet. Deep honeyed colour - the nose is packed with ripe peach, white flowers, pineapple. Rich but never overpowering. A semi-rich entry on the palate with an unctuous mixture of mushroom, white flowers and more tropical fruit - nutty, waxy, lingering. Great balance between freshness and richness. A wonderful wine that screams out for Italian food.
