Very primary and a bit reduced. First day it was more fruit oriented with strong tannins. Nice balance on taste and a long but tannic finish Second day is when the aromas come out to play. More meat, smoke, incense, hints of bacon, and strong blueberry. Nice fruit on taste the second day and the tannins are under control. Really nice.
