Not really my style. A bit more savory, meaty than I prefer for a summer quaffer. But, given that, it's very nicely balanced at present, with acids nicely in check against abundant fruit. 90 points for what it is. This would have been better served with a thoughtful food pairing. It is not one for a 80 degree day on the boat.
-translucent copper pink -peach, savory, herbal -med+ acidity, sappy mid-palate with some residual fruit amidst savory elements, decent complexity and length -still drinking very well, much better than the last bottle
Light salmon as usual. Still had strawberry and hibiscus on the nose. Quite bright fruit and minerals and acidity on the palate. Still going strong at 3+ years. I think these will keep and show more on the finish than some may guess for an average rose. Drink for another year or so is my impression.
