We drank this with Steak Dijon on 3/6/08. It had a wonderful nose of musty earth and forest floor aromas. There was also cherry, vanilla and spice. On the palate were mushroom, vanilla, cherry and some spice. It was VERY DRY and bitter.

Popped and poured, this was better than I had remembered the last time I tried. Medium dark color, I got a tasted of soft strawberries and a smooth medium finish. Paired well with Chicken Parm.
