  Very nice and enjoyable showing. Fruit notes are almost completely missing and have been replaced with lovely tertiary notes, in particular mushroom. It is still holding out due its presence of acid and minuscule amount of tannins. Matched the pizza perfectly.

  Cork nearly soaked through. Popped and poured.
  
  Red fruit (cherry), leather, rose, slight dustiness. Lingering finish - near a minute. Good acidity. Takes an hour or so of air for fruit to really fill in. Strong cherry. Acidity probably fading a bit. Still some tannins. Really enjoyable.
