  • The Wehlener-Zeltinger is a blend of Prüm's Wehlener Sonnenuhr with Zeltingen's "Rotlay" - which is considered one of the finest parcels of Zeltingen Sonnenuhr and which is now owned by Selbach-Oster. This wine was lovely and was a very classic aged Mosel with lovely bright Riesling fruit but in a less weighty, more acidic, more delineated way than the previous and following '66s. Lovely.

  • Slightly lighter, a bit more citric and herbal, fresher than Wehlener Sonnenuhr. Very fresh, clean, fruity, moderately sweet with soft balancing acidity, slightly sweetened lemon palate. Mineral finish. Long, fruity, very elegant, perfect now.
