  Après une grosse déception il y a quelques années (le vin était fermé à double tour), voilà qu'il se livre enfin. Fruits rouges, épices, fleurs...le nez est complexe. Bouche d'une grande finesse, tanins soyeux. Longueur moyenne. Un vin tout en délicatesse qui semble avoir atteint son apogée.

  Good wine. Nose with hints of sweet tropical blossom mixed with raspberry. Great palate, I like the bitter tones just before the finish. Good acidity and tannins makes this a lovely wine.

  This is really gaining weight and structure even compared to a year ago. I keep expecting relatively little given the vintage but this is still firm and very well structured.

  Everyone loved this NSJ at Chalet du Mont D'Arbois. ..balanced, light, super accessible...2 bottles went down like water...

  Well, the day was tough and i went to the cellar and thought i was pulling a completely different wine. You can imagine my surprise when i went to score this wine and saw its standing among Vougeraie. Well, besides committing infanticide this wine was incredibly beautiful. While the nose and palate were slightly muted it was purse silk and elegant on the palate with balanced red fruit, soft tannins. The palate was fairly light in weight with good texture and just the right acidity on the finish. This wine needs time obviously but in many ways i'm not so upset i opened accidentally today. Besides my wife and i had some wonderful things happen the last few days warranting a celebration. Now on to the Salmon.
