Drank in between two bottles of Fulcrum 2010 and this just wasn't in the same spot for me that that was. As previous note mentioned, fruit more predominant. A bit less balanced. Came across as totally fine, but that was one of those wines 'in its spot' and so hard to compete.

Very pretty ruby color. Initial aromas of red fruit and flowers. A light/medium bodied wine. Seems to have a bit of bitter/acidic finish on first taste, which might be the 33% whole cluster fermentation. Could be a touch of oak, but I believe these are aged in neutral barrels. Hopefully, this integrates tomorrow, but may need a few more years to really shine.

This is a wine that needs to be assessed on its own terms, to its admirable credit.

Multi-dimensional and near seamless at this point.
