  Great with pasta/red sauce. Leather, cherries, great tannins. Finish a bit short but good enough. Thought I may have held it too long but not the case. Recommend 1 year more max.

  Sweet red fruit jelly, white pepper, spicy and woody nose. Palate has sweet candied note, slightly hot with pronounced acidity, fine tannins and good length. Slightly lacking body but delicious.
