Bordeaux 2004 (@ Bottles; Sas van Gent, Netherlands): The bouquet is slightly reductive but improves with some more air. On the palate yellow fruits, vanilla and ok acidity. This bottle is completely ready now. If this bottle is exemplary; drink up!

Bordeaux 2004 - an overview (Restaurant Bottles, Sas van Gent): Lots of oak, not integrated very well. Hints of rubber, roasted nuts, candied lemon. Classical white Bordeaux profile, though not very attractive due to prominent acidity and emerging notes of oxidation. 16/20
