  • From a good looking bottle purchased on release (PA state store), thie wine had a yellow center and clear rims. The medium intensity nose showed baked apple, citrus, honey, and some oyster shell.

In the mouth, this wine was ripe with moderate richness and nice length. It had that dry white stone flavor in the mid-palate that is classic for Chablis. The acidic finish was impressive.

While this wine is drinking, it will easily last 5 more years. However, I wouldn't bet on it getting a lot better.
