Sunday in the Sunroom--all blind (Chez S1): Flat with heavy handed malo. Very little acidity/very little Chablis minerality and fruit. I think this one is starting the slide to severe oxidation. Half the bottle remaining at the end of the tasting--enough said.

(Long-Depaquit Chablis Vaucoupin) Faint brioche fades to leave denser fruit. More intense at its core and coupled to fizzing acidity, lovely extension and finish. A little more mineral and super.

See previous TN, which was just a month ago.

Excellent in all respects. Just enough richness, fruit, acidity. Wish I had 10 more.

Not quite the magical 90, but still quite good. This bottle was not at all flat or close to being oxidized. Crisp, delineated, textbook Chablis.

Not much acidity left and therefore a bit flat.
