3.5 years since last bottle and the best bottle yet. This is the best white burg I’ve ever had and the second best white I’ve had with 96 Krug being #1. Opened up after 10 min in the glass and continued to evolve throughout dinner. Still a fair amount of fruit with a finish that goes on and on. This is certainly in its prime and while i thought another 5 years was fair back in 2020, this still has another 5 years. The near perfect balance will allow this to continue to age with ease. This paired well with Dover sole. Sadly my last bottle :(

Blind guessed between Leflaive and Ramonet but leaned former given citrus tart sense without spearmint. At its peak and can sustain, but won't improve from here. Not perfectly clean.

This is less complex and energetic than a bottle tasted a couple of years ago. There's plenty of ripe peach, mineral, and honey, but this doesn't approach the 99 in terms of aromatic interest. Fattish palate, the merest hint of ox.

Bought from the domaine in 1995. Extraordinarily good. Still some upside I would say. this will keep going for years

Oxidised. Brownish colour. Nose has strong sherry favour. Palate is better with strong acidity.
