  Bearserkerfest Night 2-Chave Table (Sun Wah BBQ, Chicago IL): Nose: Extremely well balanced with aromatic tones of red and green apples, sweet peaches, creamed pears, white florals, and some caramel. There is nice depth to this as well.
  
  Taste: Full bodied with medium acidity. This is very well balanced with excellent depth and tones of red and green apples, sweet peaches, caramel, and some floral tones.
  
  Overall: This seemed ageless. Yes, it's mature, but there was still a freshness to it along with the maturity. This demanded more attention that the situation just couldn't give.
