Another wonderfully rich nose, with apricots, bread, and an intriguing hint of pine. The palate was well-balanced, honeyed and off-dry, with a note that one member of the tasting brilliantly called "pasta water." Rich and beautiful.

Continuing my recent tasting with same wine but 2017, 2018, 2019 and now 2020 vintages. Upon opening the 2020 vintage it is very Riesling like - juicy, hint of grapefruit, higher acidity than the previous vintages. Sweetness initially more pronounced and then fading a bit to bring it more into balance. Stone fruit lingering after.
Day 2 is more elegant than day 1, adding some depth that wasn't there previously. Minerals more in the forefront, almonds, and a richness that wasn't there earlier.
Really lovely and think it will age very nicely.

Unctuous, peach, almost toasted marshmallow. Ripe fruit, honeyed but not overly sweet for a demi.
