  Kola, smör, kex, kokos, lite lik en lagrad Corton-Charlemagne. Jättekul att prova och se att vinet har hållit så fint, det har fortfarande en ganska skarp syra kvar. Dör efter en liten stund i glaset så man får dricka snabbt.

  Quite oxidized, tons of yeast and doughy bread notes. Agar agar. Caramel, toffee and some fruit left. Personally, I enjoy these oxidized notes, but in this wine they're very close to being a defect rather than an asset. Really interseting but not easy drinking.
