On the nose, and what a nose! Fudge, sherry, butter, biscuit, tropical fruit with a breeze of cocos. On the palate, Sherry tones, coffee, fudge. Very well balanced but very oxidative. rapidly loses flavor and dies away. long finish A very interesting wine that is living on the border line. The nose is brilliant but the mouth feel do not live up to the nose. But very good and complexed wine

Quite oxidized, tons of yeast and doughy bread notes. Agar agar. Caramel, toffee and some fruit left. Personally, I enjoy these oxidized notes, but in this wine they're very close to being a defect rather than an asset. Really interseting but not easy drinking.
