  Offered after the 2012 Nicolas Rossignol Volnay Santenots, this was lighter, firmer and bright in comparison. Rich cranberry color, bright red fruits with minerals. Quite food friendly, elegant and feminine. From the list, Bouley, NYC. Good help with the long impressive list.
