'Dragon's vintage dinner (Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck @ Paragon): Alcohol :: 13% Dark red with brick hue. Wow, this is 88? No way, the color is deep and the nose is very fresh. Perfect condition. I really like the high tone aromas that is filled with perfume floral scents, red and dark cherry with complex meatiness, earth, brown sugar and wildness. Still very bright with good acid core of freshness and sweet fruits, great balance. This medium scale, complex, well made MSD 1er is drinking really well now. Good depth and medium level of complexity that leads to the intense long finish with excellent grip. Delicious.

Restaurant Week; 3/21/2010-3/27/2010 (Various): Freshly floral with burgundian mushroomy nose and macerated cherries. Elegant and poised on the paalte with extremely fresh cherry acidity and purity of red polished fruits that makes it seem 10 years younger than it should have been. White peppers and tea leaves show at the end. Has an etheral freshness that most will appreciate. Refreshing wine.
