The nose is clean, crisp, lime quince, brioche, roasted nuts, light buttery notes, walnut and almond, lemon, Riesling like petrol nuances, smoke notes, halfway between Chablis and Rheingau. Magnificent in the palate, not tired at all, brioche again, oak more apparent, lime, lemon, quince, almond, nutty, med to full body, high intensity and acidity. Great texture, mouthcoating, balanced, still very much alive and kicking, long finish. Outstanding quality, drink now but could hold for more

Impressively youthful medium straw yellow. Roasted nuts, lime, limestone and flinty minerality on the nose. Medium-bodied with amazing freshness, excellent oak-fruit combination, elegance and bright acidity. Long aftertaste. At peak with some life still ahead.

Excellent medium aged Assyrtiko. Very elegant and still powerful. Round on the palate with notes of citrus fruit, minerals, petrol, sweet white fleshed fruit like peach, some herbaceous notes and a nutty aftertaste.

Weekly tasting group #135; A mixed set of wines. (@ The factory by MN): Still going strong; oak, ripe yellow tropical fruits like mango and fennel in the bouquet. Same on the palate. A bit fat. Good citrus and some smoke. Firm acidity and a good length. Very good wine.

Monthly Tasting Group HWS #075; American vs French oak (By MO): Smoky oak, vanilla and some anise beside the yellow tropical fruits in the bouquet. Same on the palate. A bit fat. Lemon acidity. Some bitterness. Overall a really good wine.
