  The cork was in magnificent condition. The wine poured out a deep, golden colour but was clear and bright. The aroma was so complex, fresh and vital. There were notes of lavender, apricot, honey and toffee. The palate was full, rich and sweet. Sweet nectar enveloped the whole mouth. It is amazing how a wine like this stays so fresh without any primary fruit remaining. Bitter citrus rind punctuates the long, sweet finish.

  A rich gold color in the glass, this wine was very pretty. The nose was expressive with honey, peach, orange zest and caramel dominating. It was very smooth in the mouth, silky, and it was the honeyed fruit flavor of nectarine and crème brulee where this wine shined. It had a great balance of sweetness and acidity and a long finish. I thought it was lovely.
