  Starting on its drinking window. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of red fruits, red cherry, spices, toast. Nose is aromatic and long finish. Medium+ acidity and medium tannin. Tannin is fine.

  Fresh bouqet, flowers, cranberries, spice and purple fruit on the nose. Palate was linear with good purity. It ushered more weight in the glass but still showing the vintage character. It is drinking well for a young Burg like many 2013. 92+

  Tightly wound and therefore requires appropriate airing and looks set to be a long ager. Fresh nose (stem inclusion?) And peony the dominant of several floral notes. Some spices too and discreet barrel toast. No hollow midpalate which afflicts some 2013s. Medium.density, Mostly red-fruited. Very good balance but my intuition is that it may stretch its legs much further with bottle age.
