Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 93 points

  • It's fun to be the first reviewer. This wine shows a lot of bolder red cherry with a very healthy dose of stemmy notes that for me adds rather than detracts from the aromatics and complexity. Burghound said 80% stems, but I felt that at this stage, it was not overpowering. I believe the wine has some future growth potential because it is still very primary, but with the tannins and acid resolved and integrated, this is easy to drink right now as well. I felt there was a bit of oak and a moderness to the richer profile of the wine.
