Can't score as that wouldn't be productive. Past its' prime. Honey nose and honey, nectarine with a deep gold color. Still enought acid to keep it interesting but that's about all.

Something is amiss here. The cork was mushroomed, and upon removing it there was clear staining nearly all the way up. Hmm, this was a gift from a houseguest at the height of summer. I wonder if they drove around with this in their trunk for a day? The nose gives almost nothing, just some alcohol, a hint of honey and some slightly burned almonds. The palate is almost completely flat, nearly lifeless. This is not what I was expecting, and I have to assume the wine is cooked, dead as a doornail.

Just to add to Eric's note, our bottle tasted lovely. Worth getting again at $20 +/-.

Tasting at Fin: Blind White ? - Wax, Rhone-like quality. Rather fruitless. The palate is fat, boring. Dead? Hmmm…I usually like their wines.

Heritage: Nutty, sort of earthy/dark min. notes; med. bod, nice med. a’s, but still a bit round. Good food wine (w/hawaain pizza!).--Good!
