  A bit shutdown, perhaps, but plenty of potential. Reticent fruit on the note with a streak of stony minerality poking through. Fantastic weight and texture on the palate, with some grippy tannins adding a bit of substance. There's a bit of an herbal/stemmy/green note, but I didn't find it detracting. Will probably wait another 5 years before my next check-in, but I like where this is headed.
