  8 decades tasting. Slightly corked. Yellow. Some flowers. Slightly sweet. Fresh. Cork blows off a bit when decanted. Good with lamb‘s lettuce, beet root and goat cheese with a sugar crust flambeed and a cumquat filling.

  I’ve had this in the cellar for 10 years and perhaps a couple too long but it was gloriously rich and tropical. Waxy and with a creamy texture. Loved it with bias.

  Quite strong/sun yellow. Very vibrant nose with stone fruits, maybe white peach and white currant or gooseberry; ripe white peach and dried apricot with abundant mineral on palete. Acidity. Long finish. Lingering in the mouth. We had it with vegetarian - refried beans and corn -home made burgers
