By the glass at the BA lounge. Freshly opened wine. Really this felt like more of a Burgundian Pinot than the new world one we expected. Soft red color. Granted a touch more ripe and lower in acidity but all in check and in a nice harmony. Nice fruit, well made, nicely evolved. This is a very solid wine and a very nice surprise. Granted it lacked the depth of flavour and concentration on the palate but it's lightness gives it a charm of its own. 91 and this is like a top level well made single vineyard village Burgundy.
In a good spot right now. This isn’t displaying any tertiary, aged characteristics, but everything is nicely integrated. Give this a good half hour plus in the glass for a slight bit of awkwardness to blow off.
Overall a well made and very enjoyable wine. On the sleek side. I wasn’t stuck by its depth or character, but I only had a glass and a half and was also focused on chasing an exuberant 1-year-old around the house.
This may continue to develop but I’m not convinced. Drink now or in the next couple years.

By the glass at the BA lounge . On the freshly opened side. On the soft side and quite restrained for a new world Pinot. Side red fruits , well ripe, good light use of oak and generally made with a light hand. Has a few harsh elements and especially on the finish. Shame really but maybe time would help albeit we wouldn’t bet money on it. 87-88

Medium ruby color. Nose of red fruits, cedar and spice. Red fruits, strawberry and tea on the palate. Medium weight, nice layered finish. Obviously still young, will improve over next 2-3 years. Seems like it has the structure to go for a while. Very nice

A bright ruby color, nose is spicy, fruity and medium to light bodied, bright red fruits, raspberry. Will balance and improve with age.
