Wow. Full on mature NSG, very stinky, long, bright. Really at peak but feels like it will hold here. Extremely complex. Perhaps a bit angular — acidity pronounced. Very bright toned with red fruit and ample secondaries.

Pop and pour. Robe the color of macerated cherry. Light to medium body. Very nice balance, smooth on the palate with some light / subtle tension on the finish. This has improved nicely since the last bottle I opened over a year ago. It’s now quite harmonious and in a good spot. It almost has the profile of a fully resolved barbaresco. Good life ahead but it’s now in the zone if interested in drinking now.

PNP. Crimson color. A bit of soil, red cherry and herbs on the nose. Chalky palate showing energetic red fruit and dusty drying tannins on the finish. This still seems young and on the upswing.

Brick red, medium transparency. Aromas of iron, game, cherry, and smoke. Palate dominated initially by tannin and iron notes. Cherry and game elements poke through with some air. Later, some savory sous bois elements show up. Needs time to resolve the structure. Hold.
