Ouverte, épaulée et laissée durant 3 heures avant consommation.
Excellent à nouveau après 2 bouteilles plus avancées.
Fruits rouges et épices, profond, complexe, long en bouche. Encore un peu trop d’alcool et de tanins pour mes goûts.
A boire sur les 2-4 prochaines années.

Pnp, let sit in my glass 20 mins or so. My 3rd bottle over 3 years, all were great. In the glass, slight bricking around the edges. Very nice nose of cherry and a little leather. I got tart cherry up front and then some earth after that. Nice long fruit finish. Went really well with my eggplant parm. A really nice balanced wine. One of my favorites from 2012.

Love this now which means I'll love it more later. Decanted for 2.5 hours. Wonderful dark red fruits, nut cherry and earth notes. Paired nicely with spaghetti red sauce and meatballs.
