  13% alcohol. Short cork with minimal inscription, but the quality is vg.
  Pale translucent colour.
  Very red fruited nose (mostly redcurrant); not complex but winningly pure. The mouth is similarly pure with a juicy quality and significant acidity in the finish.
  A textbook Beaujolais of the light and fragrant variety.

  Decent berries and florals and a hint of reductive stink, but the palate is a little fat and broad, nice velvety tannins, but lacks balance and interest. Vissoux remains disappointing - they were so on form years ago, thought to revisit but I still wouldn't bother anymore

  Clear light red color, delicate floral berry aromas. Medium body. Round and balanced fruit flavors that linger for several minutes.
